[Resolved] Flipkart — my refund has been cancelled and also my top is been returned | |||
I received my 2 tops in single flipkart packaging. I didn't like the quality so i requested for a return. My return was picked up by the ecom express guy who didn't check how many pieces of clothes are there in the packet. He assumed it to be one and gave a customer copy of just one piece being picked up. Now my refund for the top which according to flipkart is not been picked up is cancelled. The fact is i don't have the top nor are they refunding me for the same. Order id od[protected]. I'm getting no help from flipkart nor the ecom express people. Was this information helpful? | |||
