[Resolved] Flipkart — my refund is not processed | |||||
Hello, i have ordered redmi note 5 pro on 11th april 2018. My order got delivered on 13th april 2018. I found that there is a defect in camera. So i requested for a return process. A technician visited my home and check my mobile, he found that the camera is fault and he approved for return. I got a message that my refund is processed and i will be credited by 24th april. When i contacted flipkart customer service, then said that refund is completed and asked me to check my account. I check my account and i even contacted my bank. But, my money wasnt credited. May 3, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved finally its been resolved after 15days Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 25, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund not being credited. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on April 16, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
