Flipkart — my return request is cancelled two times from your side

I ordered 2 titan watch which order id is - od[protected], i placed return request two times but it cancelled again and again. As i got fake, defective, duplicate titan watch and i want to return that product and refund my money.
First thing it's your fault to send me damaged and fake titan watch and secondly you are not accepting my return request. It's shows your malicious trade practice.
Please accept my return request and refund my money back.
