[Resolved] Flipkart — Need option to exchange the product | |||
hi, I have purchased D-link router on flipkart .Due to compatible issue with airtel i cant use the purchased D-lnik roer.I requested flipkart customer care to exchange or allow me to order any other product of the same amount.But Flipkart customer care says their is no option like that. Ex: If i purchase any product in any show room and want to exchange the product.Show room allows to shop other product with the same amount. I request Flipkart to consider this request to make exchange order. Now my mindset is to not to purchase anything in online. because of this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
