[Resolved] Flipkart — Neither refunding my money nor taking their product back | |||
On 27th feb 2016 flipkart's home page was showing 5% off on payment from credit/debit card on purchase of laptops, so i booked a laptop of Hp model no. Hp 15-ac122tu but didn't get any discount after making payment by my SBI card. I immediately made a call to their customer care no. and said is there any discount running or should i cancel my product and their executive too responded that there is an offer running and filed my complaint and asked me to wait for next day. on next day when i call them again they asked me to wait for another next day. i kept them calling from 27 feb to 3rd mar and there was only on response from them to wait for next day. on 3rd mar i again called them if they are giving me my refund or i would cancel my product they asked me to wait for 5th mar and said not to cancel the product as delivery date is 5th mar and i can cancel it on the same day if i don't get the refund. But on the same day (3rd mar) they delivered the product at my home when i asked for my refund they said they are looking at the matter. On 8th mar when i called them again they said you will not get the refund because there was no such scheme of 5% discount on card on that day and asked me to show the snap shot of that page if i have and when i asked them to take their product back they said they don't take the product back once product is delivered. On the whole they are saying that all the executives who received my calls on the all these days were not that knowledgeable or their eyesight was not correct or were mentally ill so they can't see or understand whether their was a discount or not and filed my complaint without looking at their home page and all their recordings are also not correct. All that means if you ever see a discount on flipkart before booking any product please take a snapshot because you never know whether they will give you discount or not after booking the product and if you still do it without snapshot, they will take 10 days to response only on seeing there homepage whether there is a discount running or not and after delivery they will say they neither give refund and nor take there product back too as it is delivered.
