[Resolved] Flipkart — new laptop is faulty company not replacing. | |||||
I have ordered Lenovo Ideapad Core i5 7th Gen - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) IP 320E-15IKB Laptop for 38160 on 12th June 2018. Order No: Od[protected] Incident: IN[protected] When I received the laptop it was not booting, I called flipkart they told me to contact the Lenovo Support. Even Lenovo people couldnt resolve the Issue on phone so on 22 nd June 2018 as per return policy I asked for the replacement. Earlier Flipkart orders section said they will send the technician by 28th June 2018 and after that they will replace it. I even got the call for the same saying that technician will visit. But without a Visit and and support next day they updated that the issue is resolved and the replacement is cancelled. And Flipkart said, Cancelled on Tue, Jun 26th as issue resolved by troubleshooting. Kindly sort this issue as soon as possible. Flipkart has really disappointed me by such service experience.
