[Resolved] Flipkart — New Zen Phone 2 found defective on day one and Flipkart not willing to refund | |||
Dear Sir I have received this defective phone from Flipkart on 29/7/2015 for which I paid RS.22000/- looking at the features and utility! The phone has the following problems : 1. The Phone discharges within 3 hours of full charge from the very first day o[censored]se! This was report immediately and a refund was applied on 30/7/2015 vide ur Return ID: 25625543 However this request was rejected by Flipkart team for reasons best known to them! We realized this only after 4 days and we raised a refund request once again.This time however Flipkart team has mentioned that they will send me a fresh phone which will not have any problems! I have had a conversation with Flipkart customer care executive and had informed him very clearly that i do not want the same model as i have read reviews of this phone and it appears that this is the most common problem with this phone! However the executive kept on insisting that this phone has no such problem and that the new phone that will be sent will have no such problem!He also started mentioning that you cannot get a refund as per Flipkart policies and that i will need to only take another phone [ of the same model] as replacement ! I see no point in wasting time and energy in doing a followup on a product that has an inherent failure and design problem! I am willing to buy another phone from Flipkart [ maybe a one plus one or one plus two ], as i don't want to waste my time and energy on doing a followup with Flipkart after having made a purchase of 22000/- Kindly note that my business is being hampered as i am not able to use the product for its intended use! I cant receive phone calls . emails etc ! I am expecting a complete refund from Flipkart as they are only using delaying tactics to sell me the same phone . If the new phone has such a problem and they unwilling to help, I can imagine what will be the response once the product is 6 months old!
