Flipkart — No action for return or replacement of damaged product | |||
I have bought a royal oak wooden shoe rack from flikart on 15th oct order no: OD[protected], during installation I found may scrathes on the product to which the installation person said that it can be removed with Polish and that he will come with polish material in a day or two. Since no one visited for Polish I requested flikart for resolution to which they sent a person with black permanent marker to cover the scratched even when I had mailed them the pictures of the damaged product. I refused to permanent marked on wooden product and instead asked for the polish. Since there was no reply from flipkart even after continued requested and communications I requested for return of the Product on 5th November to which they replied saying they will resolve the issue. It's been almost 1 month and I have still not received any communication from flipkart let alone any resolution. They have cheated me with misinformation and gave me damaged product which now they are neither replacing nor returning. Please assist. Was this information helpful? | |||
