I have bought an apple iphone 6s. while placing the order no cose emi offer was visible. but i could not get the offer, so i contacted the customer support about the issue and then they replied: Hi ankur, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As mentioned in the previous email, we would like to inform you that 'no cost emi' offer was not applied on your order. however, the offer was displayed on your order page due to some technical issues. Verified Support Dec 13, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that while purchasing it was showing no cost emi offer but it didn't happened. So apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him that we will take up your valuable feedback so that we can improve on the website so that such technical glitches does not occur in future. Customer agreed. So closing the case. | |||||
