[Resolved] Flipkart — no mobile | |||
I had added asus zenfone max pro m2 to my cart. But when i went to the page to make the payment, it showed 'out of stock'. Am very diasppointed. Once an item has been added to the cart, i should be able to buy it. Else the option should not be there. This is particularly in the case of flash sales. You should have only given the buy now button. It is not fair at all. Request if corrective action can be taken and my order materialised as soon as possible. May 31, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 29, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the availability of the products on Flash sale. We have interacted with the customer and informed that due to overwhelming response from our customers the product got out of stock real quick. Requested customer to try placing the order in the upcoming sale. Also, explained the customer how the flash sale works. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
