[Resolved] Flipkart — no proper action taken on return request by flipkart | |||||
Fraud!!! I am a loyal customer of flipkart from many years now but never faced such issue before. I ordered mobile flip cover model no micromax canvas e483 from flipkart on date:14th may 2017, but i received wrong model flip cover (Micromax canvas nitro a311). My order id number is od[protected]. The received model isn't fitting on my phone, i requested return within two days.in replacement i saw the same wrong model (Micromax canvas nitro a311) is in transit so i request to change and send the correct model. They said it is on process and they will solve the problem shortly. Many times i called in customer care number to solve the matter but still it is pending. Currently they answered it is long time crossed and as per their records the matter is solved. They without solve my problem they closed the issue. Kindly solve my issue. Verified Support Jul 30, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has ordered the product: Coverage Flip Cover for Mercury Micromax Canvas Nitro A311, Micromax Canvas Nitro A310. Hence customer has ordered wrong product hence we have denied the request for return.
