[Resolved]  Flipkart — No refund amount after cancellation even after 01 month

Initially, after placing order for the above item, flipkart made us to wait 15 days after scheduled delivery period. Subsequently, i have cancelled the order as it was taking enormous delay for supply.

It become almost 01 month after cancellation of the item but i am not getting refund amount for the same.

every fortnight, i getting calls from flipkart customer agent and they every time say your amount will be refunded within 24 or 48 hrs.

Today, i received call from flipkart personal and saying "it is not possible to retrun your amount on your used vallet card or flipcakt gift card. it is only possible to transfer the amount on your personal bank account and they are asking my bank account detail"

I am not feeling secure for sharing my account detail to them.

it is requested to intervene in the matter and help to get my refund on used gift card as soon as possible.
