Flipkart — No refund to my gift card wallet

I purchased some clothes from flipkart and i returned them because of fitting issues. I chose to get the refund on my gift card wallet as it was written money will be instantly refunded. Its been more than 20 days and i haven't received my money. I had several conversations with the customer care but the only thing I received was false promises.
