Sir, I had purchased Lenovo vibe P1 from your site 10 months back with a warranty period of one year but now its vibration mode isn't working... Concerning the same issue I tried calling to your customer care executive but there is no response at all from your side...This kind of gesture is unexpectable from your side..So I want to have a proper one to one interaction with your customer care executive to make a way for my problem.
