[Resolved] Flipkart — no solution even after multiple escalation for not delivering product on stated time | |||||
I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience on online purchasing of a product "Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) from flipkart. On 11th Oct'18, I ordered it. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. When I called and raised complaint i have just got fake commitment and new deadline for delivery. Even after 15 days, i am still struggling to track and get my product delivery. I paid 13k for this item and I still want it. I have requested to ship another immediately, and provide me with a tracking number but there is no proper response from customer care team of flipkart. My order number is #OD[protected] .
