[Resolved] Flipkart — no update regarding product delivery | |||||
I have placed an order on flipkart on 15th of august and the product suppose to get delivered on 21st of august. But even now the updates is as"your order has been placed". Regarding this i have made at least 7 calls. Every time i get the same answer to wait for 48 hours. I am really surprised in the way they work. They have no clue regarding the orders. I have even send a mail to the head of customer support, but the result is same. This is really frustrating. Now i have no clue on what needs to be done and i think even flipkart is clueless. Verified Support Sep 07, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the delay in shipping. Hence customer requested to cancelled the order hence cancelled and refund done. Closing the case complaint.
