[Resolved] Flipkart — No warranty on sold product | |||
Hi, Order ID: OD[protected] My phone ordered from flipkart is not turning on so i took it to service center. I was really surprise They are denying any service for that phone since its bought from flipkart. Model 107 Now flipkart people are asking me to return the phone with original box how a person can keep box after 6 months. They will provide refund only if i have brand box. If they don't want to return my money get this phone repaired since it under warranty. I bought this phone in January 2015. Its not may fault that i don't have box since to claim warranty you need product and invoice copy no one ask for box. So let me know any other alternative or get this phone picked and repair and give it to me. If you are selling something which manufacturer themselves deny service no point in buying from flipkart.Flipkart plus any online sellers should be banned from selling any product for which brand will deny any service. Verified Support Jul 17, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that service is denied to do service due to they stopped repair or service for this model. Customer don't have brand box to return the mobile. Informed customer will check with concern team.
