[Resolved]  Flipkart — nokia 5.1 plus

I have purchased nokia5.1plus on flipkart – india (www.flipkart.com) vide order no. Od[protected], which was delivered on 15th oct 2018 with display issue.
1) i found stain on display (Right side upper level # upper side on volume control button). Which clearly visible on locked screen.
2) abnormal beep sound is there in between without any media or massage or system alert. (Without any reason there is abnormal beep sound)
3) multi select-copy/move function is not working, exactly where is the stain on display. When i tried to copy or move option with multi select photos the same option is not getting reflect on screen.
I have raised replacement request on 25th oct’18 on flipkart, against the same replacement request flipkart has arrange the technician visit to crosscheck. One person has come to crosscheck on same day (25th oct), which was from flipkart’s 3rd party service provider network jeeves. (Ticket id 8j25-27013flpkrt-7313204 with jeeves). The person was fully unprofessional. He just looks the phone & took the photographs where stain shown clearly. He accepted that there is problem with display. And he said that he will share the photos & condition of phone display to fliplart.
But surprising thing is that, the same night i have received the update that replacement request has been cancelled. So, i called to flipkart customer care to know the exact reason. Then came to know that there jeeves has been updated that no problem with display & phone found ok. Complete fake update, there is no any photographs was shared by technician.
Again, i have requested to escalate the issue. From 25th oct to as on date i’m continually calling to flipkart customer care & try to get the update of replacement request, but till now i have not received any support from flipkart team. Every time they used to speak the same thing that the team is working om the same & your issue has been escalated to higher team, issue will be resolved on priority. It is shocking that priority level support is such pathetic & time consuming by flipkart.
