Complaint and concerns raised towards flipkart.

Hi team,

Let me help you in understanding my concern.

I placed an order for nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, with order id od[protected] amounting to rs. 11581 on 1st november'18 at 10:06 pm. I received a confirmational message from flipkart regarding the placed order. The expected date of delivery provided was saturday, nov 03, 2018.

I received a confirmation on nov 02, 2018 that my order has been shipped and will be delivered by saturday, nov 03, 2018 at 3:24 pm. I was so happy to have this confirmation message as the delivery of the product was up to my timely expectation. This order was for someone very special to me and i had made a lot of adjustments in my budget in order to place this order. The best part i was getting here was the benefit of the diwali sale for my placed order. The happiness to have flipkart was beyond the limits which turn out to be an lie later on.

The things got worse and all the happiness and excitement was ruined with the starting of delivery day i. E. Saturday, nov 3, 2018, when i received a message stating "refund processed: the refund of rs. 100.00 for your order od[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by nov 13, 2018." i pray that no one should face such scenarios in life which i did after receiving this disheartening message. All the cheer, festive excitement and joy for receiving the product vanished.

Post the reception of that message, i came across some very disappointed pointers with flipkart mentioned below which took away the trust in the brand name and its services. Please pay attention to the below concerns which you are seeking for from past few days and help me understand the reasons behind it.

1. How come my order was cancelled without any intimation even after it was shipped with confirmation from flipkart. Also, without any prior notification, why the refund process was initiated.
2. I requested a call back from flipkart customer support to help me understand the issue that had happened. Post speaking to the customer care executive it came to my knowledge that my order was cancelled as the product got "out of stock". On checking at the same time, the product was being shown available for delivery that too on the very next day which means the executive who was representing the giant (Flipkart) of online shopping was lying.
3. I again (2nd time) called the customer care to enquire the same. On providing the information that the product is available on the company website, the next executive told me that "the seller denied the delivery of the product"- another contradictory statement. I was so helpless and confused at this moment. How come a seller deny a delivery??? And that too a flipkart trusted seller. This was something which i couldn't digest because i had a brand name tagged with it #flipkart.
4. I again (3rd time) called the customer care to help me understand the issue as i was confused with the above statement provided in order to keep my mouth shut. This time i was asked to allow for an hour to get back with an appropriate response on my query. I waited for an hour and gave an additional 15 minutes time but no luck. Instead, i got a message that it will take another 24 hours for someone to take a look at the request and respond. This made me furious and now i was concerned to know the exact reason.
5. I again (4th time) called the customer care and requested for a callback. I got a message that i will be receiving a call in next 15 minutes but no luck.
6. I again (5th time) called the customer care and requested for a callback and again received the same message. But this time i got lucky that i got a call from flipkart customer care but as soon as i received the call the person on the other side cut the phone.
7. Now this process of "me", 'requesting a call' and "flipkart care", 'calling back and cutting the phone' went on which made me crazy. I was tortured by repeatedly doing this. Not sure whether it was to buy some time but the way was very very disgraceful.
8. Now, i was unstoppable and decided to escalate the issue. I patiently waited for the call from customer care and patience was paid off when i finally received a call from customer care and this time it was not cut. After calling 'n' number of times, this time i got a new reason that "my product was damaged". Now if the product was damaged than "why it was cancelled"??? Another product could have been delivered some later day or so but why it was cancelled without any intimation and without any prior notification how come my amount was refunded.
9. I decided to escalate and asked the executive to get me the next level of support for which i was given multiple reasons mentioned below.
• first excuse - there is no one available on the floor to with upper management.
• second excuse - on saying that i won't hang up until i talk to any supervisor i was told that it will take a very long time to get someone.
• the third excuse - after waiting 1.5 hours on the call, the executive said that he cannot transfer the call as the mechanism of transferring the call had some issues.
• the fourth excuse - on asking for the supervisor to come to the particular desk of the executive and speak, the executive said it's not possible.
• fifth excuse - it took another 1 hour for the executive trying but he was unable to transfer the call. (Dissatisfying and annoying).
10. Finally, i got to speak with the supervisor (Karan) who convincingly said that my request has been raised towards the concerned department and they will come up with a resolution.

Not sure what kind of request was raised that i am still being chased for my exact concern which is very very disappointing on which i never heard back anything.

On the basis of above provided facts, i think i have been cheated with the order which i placed along with all the torcher which i went through by wasting 7-8 hours of mine that too on a festive week by following up with flipkart unknowingly that i was just being fooled.

Still, i have a strong feeling that i was fooled out of your internal conspiracy regarding the product during the 'sale period' which was made within your team.

An appropriate response with a resolution is expected from flipkart here if it can be done.
