[Resolved] Flipkart — nokia mobile not working flipkart not responding

I have bought nokia login last year in november 2012 and have never used since its a smart phone age and i bought key pad phone just as a back up. The speakers are defective and i read the reviews every one has complained whoever bought. I called flip kart they asked me to contact service center and they said we don't entertain key pad phones and flipkart is only selling these defective pieces. They asked me to contact flipkart only, i have called thrice every time after taking fresh details and service center address they have not reverted. I will share this with all competitors of flipkart and will take legal action. Hopeless organisation cheating customers

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the inconvenience, informed we shall create a return request for the product. Customer wanted to create returnon 17th September as customer is unavailable at the location. Hence agreed for the same and closed the case for the time being and will reopen and do the needful once customer gets back to us on 17th September 2018.
