[Resolved] Flipkart — non delivery of order and no compensation even after the max delivery date | |||||
I ordered a led tv from flipkart with following details Order idod[protected] item) Order date thu, sep 21st '17 7:23 pm I called agent, he says tv will get deliverd by today max as today is expected last day for delivery of order. I waited and than called they said, my complaint will get resolved by 4th oct now. Flipkart is making fool. I was suppose to gift this to someone and now they are saying they need time till 4th oct. Highly unprofessional people. I will never buy anything from them and asks for the compensation of the delay that has happened from there side. Every representative says sir sorry. I don't need your sorry. You troubled me, learn from amazon, how much they care for customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
