Flipkart — Non delivery of product after payment | |||||
I had ordered a Hometown dressing table and a Hometown chest of drawers from flipkart on 27.03.16 vide order ID OD[protected] for a total invoice amount of Rs 18603 paid by debit card. While the dressing table was delivered and installed by 02.04.16, the chest of drawers did not reach me. However flipkart sent me messages and email that the same has been delivered and installed successfully on 04.04.16.The 10 day replacement is also scheduled to expire on 14.04.16. I have written to flipkart 4 times and first it assured me that the issue would be resolved by 09.04.16 and on 09.04.16 when I again reminded them the issue, it said that the same would be resolved by 17.04.16. Since I have already paid for the items, flipkart is harassing me and not taking the issue seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have bought e vouchers worth 10, 000 (Approx) from Flipkart in February.
The vouchers are not working.
Even the response is not good by them
This is shameful thing
