I have purchase mobile redme note 7s on 17 october 2019. It was schedule to deliver on 22 october 2019. But, didn't receive till time. Made various calls and chats but didn't get any response from customer support. I am following with customer care from last 15 days and didn't get any response. Please help, i have already paid full amount in advance on 17october 2019. They are just saying issue will be resolved in within 24 hours since 29 october 2019. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Nov 07, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Abhishek, We are sorry for the trouble caused. Due to unforeseen issues faced by the courier service provider, your order "Redmi Note 7S (Sapphire Blue, 32 GB)" has been canceled. The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 06 Nov 19, would have reflected in your bank account by 08 Nov 19. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
