[Resolved] Flipkart — non refund of payment against non delivery of product | |||
I had ordered panasonic washing machine from flipkart on 24 sep 2017. Payment was done through my debit card. Delivery period mentioned was 2 days. After 3 days i was informed that the delivery is not possible at my address. Hence i cancelled my order on 27 sept 2017. However, till date (25 oct 2017), i didn't receive refund from flip kart. I have contacted their customer care at least 4 times in last 1 month but no output. 8 days back i received email from flip kart that they want to contact me but my number is not reachable and i should contact customer care. This is completely unethical business practice which i never even imagined from a company like flipkart. Since the company is not responding, taking the case to consumer court is the only option left for customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
