[Resolved] Flipkart — Not able to buy product | |||
I had received coupon code for Google Home mini from Google Pay. The coupon offers Google Home mini at just 1rs. SO I had applied this Coupon code in Flipkart account. Flipkart validated and accepted the coupon code and showing offer under "My coupon" section. But surprisingly when I went to buy Google Home mini they not allowed me to buy the product. They shows error that "You have reached the maximum units allowed for purchase of this item" In reality, I never bought the same product from the account. and when I contacted customer care for the same they refused to give the proof that I ever bought the item. Also instead of giving the solution to problem they repeatedly disconnect the conversion and ask details of problem every time and giving excuses. When I asked them either allow me to place order or give me coupon back they said that as per policy they can't give coupon back, while item limit is placed by "seller. But in reality i tried total 4 seller and at every seller, I got same error, so basically it's not seller but a flipkart which is preventing me to place order after validating my coupon and robbing me.
