[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to get refund and return the product | |||
I ordered yamaha psr e-263 psr-e263 digital portable keyboard (61 keys) On thu, jan 18th '18 1:01 am and received it on 31st jan 2018 after two postoned dates. The packaging was damaged and adapter for the product is not from yamaha. I requested for return and refund of the product, which flipkart accepted it but today is 20th of jan and the product has not been picked so no refund. Not a single message or call for pickup has been created. Every time on promised date of pick up the return is cancelled and i have to call flipkart customer care for re-initiating return.in this past 20 days i got numerous ivr calls from flipkart saying they could not pick the product and make to choose different pick up date. Now the promising date is 26th jan 2018. I have initiated return probably 6 times already. I have attached the invoice. There is one funny scrrenshot i am sharing in this receive. Please entertain yourself by finding what is wrong with the screenshot. I want my refund and return the product. Please help me. My order id is-od[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
