Flipkart — not able to login as well as not able to return items

I had order a product with order id od[protected] nokia mobile phone but i don’t like that because of poor camera quality and it have slow screen response problem, but my account was blocked due to which i was not able to process the request as i got message that due to high number of returns you are not able to process the return request and because of that my id is blocked. Repeatedly i am reverting on every mail and calling daily to customer service but till now no solution is given.
I know system had detected high number of returns because before few months i ordered some cloths but find some size issue i wanted replacement for that but size was not available and seller offered only return /refund to me because of that i had returned some of products and i called customer support for that also but they advised me that if i purchase anything then i should purchase 2-3 items of same product with different size so that i can keep product which will suit to me and rest i can return and because of this i ordered so many cloth and shoe and in which i returned most items which was not suitable/ and was not fitting to me otherwise i never had done like this i dnt know because of this system is detecting returns but before this no any intimation mail or letter was given to me so that i became aware to this but sir i request you to help me in unblocking my account and help me in returning the product i was not aware of this flipkart had not given me any warning before blocking my account, please i need my account to be activated. I had also mailed documents which flipkart wanted but no resolution is given please help me sir because its all about my 14000/- rs which i want refund please help me in this because customer support is again and again giving same reply that my account will remain block and i will not be able to process the return. I don’t want fake assurance but i want clarification for this so that i can take further action accordingly

Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Also, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request.

Yes I repeatedly getting this message but i had returned products with valid reasons which i had clarified previously. And you had blocked my id before my return request in future i will keep this thing in mind so give me last chance and help me in this
