[Resolved] Flipkart — not able to login in my flipkart account! | |||||
Hello, I have called and mailed many times to Flipkart and I’m not able to login my account for almost 15 days now. Every time I get a reply from support team of Flipkart saying they have observed a TREND in my purchase history which shows that the products in the history and not for personal use. I have given my best explanation but, Flipkart support team doesn’t have a proper reply. Only just because I have purchased products(Appliances) near to ₹ 2 lakhs in last 1 year this is the responsibility of the company?? Verified Support Jun 17, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Amit, We'like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Your kind understanding is appreciated. | |||||
