[Resolved] Flipkart — not accepting jbl product for refund | |||
I have buy jbl product from flipkart, after receiving i have faces some issue in product like call connectivity, volume touch button not working properly so that why i want to return the same product and i don't want this product anymore. But flipkart is not accepting return, because i am asking for refund. As per the policy there is option for refund. I have selected that option but they have rejected my request. This is very poor user experience i have ever got. If you guys cannot get your product back, don't run this site, amazon is very best site that yours.
