[Resolved] Flipkart — not accepting my return request

I want to return a pair of shoes i had ordered from flipcart because i didn't like the product. Company is not accepting my request since the item doesn't contain a price tag. I had received the product without that tag and now how come i produce the required price tag. Requesting officials to intervene on the matter and resolve as quickly as possible.
The order id is od[protected]. 2 times my return request have been declined and this is really becoming frustrating now for me even after being one of a prime customer of flipcart. Please resolve this issue and i won't trust to buy even a single item via flipcart looking at such terrible after sale service.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 02, 2019, which should have been reflecting customer Phonepe account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
