[Resolved] Flipkart — not accepting replacement on redmi note 4 | |||||
I have purchased redmi note 4 at flipkart, which is delivered 15th of july 2017. The phone have issue with battery, that cant be charged fully with a single charge, stop around 80%. I had notify the issue, they send their technician on 17th july and said the issue is fixed. But next day the problem starts again. Now they refuse for both replacement and to provide a technician again. They product comes with 10 day replacement warranty which suppose to over on 24th july. Verified Support Jul 29, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response As per the complaint there was technician visit was arranged at customer address as they confirmed no issue hence requested customer to visit the brand service center.
