Flipkart making fool o[censored]s and nothing else and their escalation team no us nor their escalation team ordered acer swift 5 Worth rs 40000 and they provided me damaged product colour of back panel is faded and still my replacement is not approved i was tried spoken to your team on daily basis they also not solving my issue. I was escalating on daily basis but there is no one who take initiative. Please help me 40000 is not small amount. Kind of harassment i am facing from flipkart.
