[Resolved] Flipkart — not delivered the product on promised date | |||
Ordered a Redmi note 5 on 13th may . Promised me one day delivery by 14th. Received a text that says your product is out for delivery & will be delivered by today on 14th may Waited whole day but no delivery attempted. Called several times on your so called customer support to at-least provide me the contact details of the delivery person but its like talking to a brick wall Then they again reschedule the delivery for 15th may And now after complaining several times they are saying 'we will resolve your issue by 18th may '. I have seen many other people complaining regarding the same issue so i strongly feel that this falls under repeated intentional negligence . Was this information helpful? | |||
