[Resolved] Flipkart — not delivering my order even after several chasers and conversation | |||
Please note i have placed order in flipkart on 15th july 2019 for redmi note 6 pro mobile and the delivery date is 17t july 2019. Still, i haven't received my order and there was no status updated in my flipkart account regarding reason for not delivering the order. I have called flipkart customer care number and raised complaint regarding this but still not received any response from them and also had lot of conversation via chatting but still there is no proper resolution. Verified Support Jul 22, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for Redmi Note 6 Pro (Red, 64 GB) has been canceled. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 21 Jul 19 and it will be reflected on 30 Jul 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated. | |||
