[Resolved] Flipkart — not delivering product, giving false promises | |||||
Order id: od[protected] I ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile from flipkart big billion sale. Expected delivery date was 18th october, but till date i have not received it. They did not deliver it and keep on giving me new delivery date. No one providing me the information why product delivery is delayed this much. They simply say "due to logistic problem". Nobody listening my problem and ready to solve the issue. I asked grievance officer contact details multiple times, but nobody given the details. I escalated the issue multiple times, but nobody is taking any action other than giving new delivery date or resolution date. Every time i contact them they simply ask me to wait for next date.
