[Resolved] Flipkart — not delivering product-last delivery date was 13.06.2019 | |||
Dear All My order number was OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 13.06.2019 but till today(19.06.2019) my product is not being delivered in spite of making more than 50-60 times contacting with customer-care and even though every time I got the response from their side that Flipkart backend team will contact me and provide me with the only information that why till now my order not being delivered. I think in this case Amazon is the best platform to place the order. Very Poor, Pathetic and worse experience and customer support Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jun 21, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi Divay, We are sorry to let you know that the courier service provider could not deliver your product"HP 15q Core i5 7th Gen - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) 15q-ds0028TU Laptop" as there was a mismatch in the pin code and address provided at the time of placing the order. Due to this, the order has returned to the seller. As we can see that the seller confirmed that a refund has been completed on 19 Jun 19 and would be reflecting on your account by 27 Jun 19.
