[Resolved] Flipkart — not doing installation of air conditioner | |
I bought Livpure Air conditioner on 9th may 2019 from flipkart. It was delivered to me on 15th may 2019.I bought this Air conditioner under the offer of free installation. But livpure & flipkart service engineer were asking for the installation charges as they contacted me on phone prior to installation. I contacted flipkart custmor support on 16th may 2018 & raised my issue regarding this. & assured that i wil be called by flipkart concerned team. I recieved a call from flipkart on 17/05/2019, but dont know if it was executive or not as no one was speaking from other side. Phone got disconnected .On 18th may 2019 i got a message showing cancellation of installation. I contacted flipkart immediately after seeing the installation cancellation message. They raised the complaint & got complaint Id & told that some concerned team from flipkart will call me to resolve my issue.. till today 21st may 2019 i havnt recieved any call from flipkart side. Although i am calling flipkart daily but no response from their side. Also the Dead time line for flipkart has passed & still there is no response(call) from flipkart.. Almost a week passed after delivery of product, still not installed & cold response from flipkart.. very much disappointing.. what are they doing since then..Flipkart is doing fraud with people as its showing the offer of free installation but in actual demanding money for it. Jul 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the technician has charged for installation charges. We have interacted with the customer and requested customer to share the receipt for the installation charges in order for the seller to refund the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
