[Resolved] Flipkart — not getting my refund | |
I cancelled my flight 30th march flight from Delhi to silchar on 16th march due to corona virus outbreak. I cancalled flight with airline spicejet. They told me that I got full refund of dis flight because of 2hr more stoppage. They jst told me dat I huv to call flipkart fr dat because I booked through there app. So I called flipkart on same day n they assured me d same. Bt after 7 days I called them on 23rd march fr refund bt they say we don't know call spicejet again I call spicejet and they said they already initiated refund to flipkart. When again I called flipkart they said cancalled ur flight by urself as we can't bt whenever i cancelled my flight in app it shows cancellation rejected. After in spicejet website it shows cancelled. Again on 30 th 1 St n 2nd April I called them fr my refund again they said we don't know anything. I huv spicejet mail where they clearly said dat refund is initiated to ur agency. Call ur agency which is flipkart. From 16th of march I jst call flipkart tirelessly bt they jst harass me fr no reason.. I jst need my refund ASAP. Please help me.. Flipkart is a fraud company
