[Resolved] Flipkart — Not getting refund neither getting replacement for the product | |||
Hi I am Surendranath Kamble, writing from Hadapsar, Pune I bought this Order id: OD[protected] Product: Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner from Flipkart on 16 May, 2015 They delivered it in 3-4 days. But when I took trial of this product I came to know that the power of the product is not as good as I wanted to. So, I have raised claim for returning this product (Complaint ID :[protected]. But they refused to do so, they given the policy reason to me. and also told me that I said OK. So today I raised it for replacement, I have suggested the product which has more power as compare to this product, and also I agreed to pay extra amount for that but still they are giving me only reasons of policies and all. Actually they don't want to know the customer requirements, they are giving reasons only. Please do the needful.I am fed up of this service given by Flipkart. Verified Support May 25, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on and he complains stating that he is not happy with the product ordered and wants to return it and buy some other product that gives higher performance. So informed customer that we do not have an option to exchange and closing the complaint.
