[Resolved] Flipkart — not giving proper service for my replacement product. | |||||
I was order t new panasonic p85 mobile on 20th of august 2017, and i got delivery at 23rd of agust, there was an some camera problem. Also the screen that offered by the compsny was already pasted and there was some scuffs on that screen like an used phones, so i request to give a refund but they did'nt provide me that, they provide me the replacement of the mobile before the 30th august. Now upto till i didn"t received kind of service from them. This very bad service i got from them. According to the other online shopping companies this company never provieds any kind of refund.
