[Resolved] Flipkart — not giving the refund of empty package | |||
Sir my self santosh gupta i have bought 1 redmi 5a phone from your website on 15 of feb. 2018 . The item as delivered on 18 of feb which was empty . I complainedto customer care and they have told me to wait for few day i will be back with resolution but after 1 or 2 day they have told me to give your addar card and current address and contact no i have provided all the detail to the investigationteam after ward they have told me that i will not provide you the refund or replacement because seller hai confirm the delivery . What can i do sir if you have all the detail of that phone just track it and block or what you want to but give me my refund Was this information helpful? | |||
