[Resolved] Flipkart — not happy with the product and very sad | |||||
Hi, i purchased a panasonic phone p101 from flipkart. This phone is very slow and hangs very frequently. Now when i called your customer support, i was asked to perform some trouble shooting and i had a reset it. Just imagine that i got a new phone and after 1 day i had to reset it as factory. But i did whatever was told to me but since morning i am facing the same problem. Just now ur tech executive visited and he was not able to solve my problem and he also told that there is a defect in this series and brand!! I am surprised that no where ur website says that it's a bad product and u are selling this product with 10 days refund/return policy. Pls look in this as i am not satisfied with the product.
