Flipkart — Not processed a simple return from the past 12 days.

I have made a huge mistake by buying an Air Conditioner from flipkart.com. While buying the air conditioner I was given an offer of free installation on the Godrej AC. Regarding the free installation of the air conditioner I was told by the Godrej engineer who came for installation that the charges for the installation would apply and I would have to pay the amount to the engineer. This was clearly violating the offer offered to me so I had a word with the Flipkart customer care and the representatives there assured me that the installation would be free and if the installation engineer demands installation fee the flipkart representatives advised me to pay the fee and then mail the invoice copy to [protected]@flipkart.com and flipkart would refund me the amount paid towards the installation. Further I also confirmed with the flipkart representative that the amount could be credited to my bank account and not to the flipkart wallet. I did the same thing and mailed the cash memo provided to me by the Godrej installation engineer. I sent it on 1 May first time clearly mentioning in the mail that I wish to get the refund in my bank account and not the wallet. I got an automated reply by some flipkart representative saying that they will solve the issue quickly and that the concerned team would get back to me by May 5. Naturally no such correspondence was received. To again enquire about the matter I called the Executives on May 7 and while transferring the call to the supervisor he assured me that the refund will be credited back in 24 hours but the amount will be credited to my wallet. I made it clear to him that I would not accept any amount in my wallet. Nothing moved forward and so again on 7th May I called the customer care again and the response I got from several employees at flipkart was not at all acceptable. They started off with claiming that there was no such offer and firmly not accepting there could be any such offer. The response also I got from the customer care representatives was neither friendly nor professional but was annoying and dissatisfactory. The executives were also not accepting the complaint that I asked the to write on my behalf and also they tried to purposely write the complaint vague and they intentionally missed some important points regarding the complaint. One such guy took around 20 25 mins to write a complaint and purposely miswrote it. This kind of service is not at all acceptable and is neither the right way to treat a customer. With me being exposed to such frivolous service I plan to end my relationship with flipkart.com and to stop all the further purchases. I also plan to spread the word regarding this service experience on social media. I also plan to go to authorities if Flipkart still maintains that free installation offer was not provided to me as it is completely fallacious and not giving me what I paid for. Coming to the issue, It's the 12th day after i have sent the Cash Memo of the service billing for the first time and yet there is no action taken. Meanwhile I have mailed Flipkart the Cash copy four times and the last time I sent the Cash Memo I was supposed to get the resolution of the issue by 12th May. Quickly and conveniently it was changed to the 13th May by 8 PM. It is almost 11 PM and still I have not received any communication or intimation for the action taken for the issue. Moreover neither do i know the status of the refund request and nor do i know the reasons for which the long pending refund request has not moved forward yet after 12 days of inaction.
