I purchased a Samsung 6.5 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loaded washing machine from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 09/07/2021 worth INR 13, 362.The order was delivered on the very next day i.e. 10/07/2021.
At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 11/07/2021. Needless to say, the schedule was not followed by the Flipkart technicians and after a lot of follow up, the executive reached my place on 18/07/2021. After opening the box a Dent was seen on the left side of the Washing Machine body which might have happened while shipping the product. Also, many parts were appearing to be old and used before and did not give the impression of a new product.
The very same day, I raised a return request on flipkart as per the return policy of 10 days which is also scheduled by Flipkart as on what day, the undergoing work will proceed- RETURN ID-[protected]. According to their schedule, the technician visit was due on 21/07/2021. The return was to be approved on 22/07/2021 and Pick-up & replacement for 23/07/2021
Disappointingly, till date no technician has shown up. Despite the constant follow up with the technicians the visit has still not happened and my replacement request is still not processed, due to which I am unable to use the product since the last 15 days.
I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against the Flipkart & Their seller IWQNBecommerce who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.
