[Resolved]  Flipkart — not providing invoices and support

Bought this s10+ phone on 22nd feb. Firstly the seller did not update this hones imei number for pre book offer, hence i am not been able to avail samsung pre booking offer. Secondly i have not received invoices for the order, this is a very big compliance issue for the brand like flipkart. Without invoice the credibility and genuineness of the product gets into to questions and without invoice i am not able able to buy mobile insurance putting my phone on risk. Moreover customer care are buying more more time with giving proper explanation. This is intolerable...

Even when you go for movie in branded store there food counter states that when you dont get the bill consider your product to be free.

Cx informed that he is not able to download the invoice for this order id, so had apologised for the issue, informed the Cx that he can download the invoice clicking on my order, Cx says that for all the orders invoice downloading is available, only for this particular option downloading invoice is not possible, so have asked the Cx to share the screen short of my order page replying to the mail.
Tried calling the Cx on [protected] multiple times
it was RNR, RNR mail sent, Since there was no response from the Cx we are closing the case as solved.

Customer raised concern stating that he is unable to download the invoice copy. So we tried calling customer multiple times regarding the same however there was no response from the customer end. Hence we have sent the invoice copy to the customer registered email id and we are losing the case from our end.

Same happened with me for the latest order i placed on 3rd Jan 2010. Order was delivered on time but Invoice of the product was not available on Flipkart order page. i tried downloading it multiple times and complaint about the issue to flipkart team more than 10 times. they create the issue id and then mark it as resolved without providing actual invoice and without sharing any update with customer.

So far, I have not been provided invoice of the product after delivery. they are neither uploading the invoice nor sending on mail. They might have started selling stolen phone. No responsiblity no credibility flipkart has. Poor Customer service. Order id OD[protected]
