Order ID - OD[protected] Email ID - happy.[protected]@gmail.com Name - abhinav gupta Sir i have order le eco le 2 handset on flipkart on 3 oct. It was deliverd on 6 oct. On opening package i found there is no handset in the box. On contacting flipkart first they said replacement will be delivered on 20 oct. Then they cancelled replacement. Now the same is forwarding they again and again of higher returns. They are not willing to talk to me. After calling again and again they are not giving proper answer. Please sir help me . Verified Support Nov 08, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response : Tried calling the customer in this number "[protected]" but unable to reach as there were no response. So mail sent to customer informing due to high number of returns and cancellations we would not be able to take any return request. So closing the case. | |||||
