[Resolved]  Flipkart — not refunding amount of rs.17000

I had bought a phone on cash on delivery mode. But you people provide a pay before option and k i have payed the amount in that option. But the payment not confirmed by flipkart. It's been told that seller has switched the payment option to online payment. But the delivery guy told the payment not switched and we payed the amount on cash on delivery. But it's been 13 days and none of the people from flipkart has contacted me, or ready the solve the issue. I have mailing them daily and no one taking any responsibility against my issues. Under the covid-19 situation, this 17k plays a vital for day to day activity. It's the second payment isuue facing from flipkart. Being a flipkart assured member make insecure with your response to customer. You people not ready to take any responsibility in returning the amount. After providing the payment proof, you people fail to response for it.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Hope this helps.
