Flipkart — Not refunding money | |||
I ordered a mobile phone ( Lenovo A 6000 plus) from Flipkart on 14th September 2015. The order number is OD[protected]. The expected delivery was on or before 30th September 2015, as per their order confirmation mail. However, on 4th October 2015 I received a mail saying that my order has been cancelled due to problems relating with their logistics partner, and refund has been initiated. So I waited for the refund. But they took so long, so I called them reminding about the refund. And then I received a mail saying the problem will be resolved before 23rd October, 8:00pm. I didn't get the refund so I contact them again. Then received another mail saying the problem will be solved before 25th Oct. I didn't get the refund again. So I called them and their answer was same saying it will be solved by 30th Oct, asking me to give them this much time. Today is 30th Oct, I still didn't get the refund, however I received a mail again asking me to give them time till 1st November again. I don't know when will I get another message asking to give more time. This is so unbearable. I want the concerned authorities to look after the issue as soon as possible.
