[Resolved] Flipkart — not refunding the product amount | |||
I have ordered i kall k300 new mobile wirth ₹7999/- from flipkart. The day when i received the product i totally unsatisfied with it.. The product is not performing as i expected according to it's specification, hence i have lodge the refund request for the same.. Now it's 4th times i have requested them to refund the amount and take your product.. But they are not accepting my refund request and rejecting it everytime saying that visit service center to repair product, or install some settings on it, etc. The product come with refund and return policy, if i found something wrong in product quality, i have right to refund the product as per rules and terms & conditions. However the seller is still not accepting the refund request. And abusing as well as forcing me to keep the product. I just want my refund. Please help me to recover my money.
