I HAD PURCHASED A MOTOG 2 HANDS SET ON 18.11.14 VIA FLIPCART. THE MACHINE SCREEN NOT WORKING . TAKING THE MACHINE FOR REPAIR AT AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER, KOLKATA ON 06/04/15. TILL DATE NOT REPAIRED FOR WANT OF PARTS. A OFFICER OF MOTOROLLA MR AMIT BUCHARLI INFORMED THAT THE AMOUNT OF RS 12999/- BEING THE PRICE OF THE MACHINE WILL BE REFUNED. ON 24/04/15.ACCORDINGLY INVOICE A COPY OF CANNCELLED CHEQUE ATTACHED AND MAIL FORWDED TO MOTOROLA. AT PRESENT THE COMPANY NOT WILLING TO REPAIR, NOR REFUND AND REPLACE THE MACHINE. THE RIGHTS OF THE CUSTIMER ID BEING TRAMPLED BY THE ORGANIZATION PLEASE TAKE NECCESSARY STEPS AND IMPOSE A LEGETIMATE PENALTY FOR SUCH FRAUDULENT TACTICS RESORTED BY THE COMPANY.
